This background might look best as a wallpaper for your desktop. One of the best ways to tell is to type until your text has filled one whole tile of the background. If enough of your text blends in with any of the colors in the background enough to make it hard to read, either find a more contrasting color to use for your text, or insert a text TABLE with a solid background color.
