Ordering Information

Each of these card layouts is available over the internet. You have your choice of ordering either of two ways:

  • The .pdf file (readable by most operating systems through the use of the Adobe Acrobat Reader. Get the Adobe Acrobat Reader (Files viewable in version 4.05b or higher)


  • Microsoft Publisher (.pub)

    • Individual Cards are $2.50. The collection of ten is $20. Each file will be e-mailed to you upon receipt of payment.
